Do you offer a gluten-free menu?

Yes! We cater for all allergies. We have gluten-free buns, gluten-free patties, a separate fryer for all your deep-fried needs - and for the sweeter people, we offer some gluten-free desserts also. We even offer a wide range of gluten-free Scottish craft beers!

You’re a Grillhouse, do you cater for vegetarians/vegans?

Yes! We have a wide variety of vegan options including patties, burger add ons, sauces etc.

Do you have any non-alcoholic options?

Yes! We offer mocktails, non-alcoholic beers, non-alcoholic spirits and soft drinks on draught and in bottle/can.

Do you run regular promotions or special offers?

We host 'Wings Wednesday' - where you can get UNLIMITED wings, with a beer/soft drink included. When we say unlimited, we mean it! Keep going, until you can’t handle anymore.... And you get to change up your choice of homemade wings sauce as many times as you like as well.
We also offer discounts and offers on our app - Bites and Bevs, rewarding diners with free credit, points, secret menu items, exclusive discounts and more.

Do you do anything for birthdays or other special occasions?

Yes! When making your booking, let us know what occasion you’re in for and we’ll do our best to make it as special as we can. If you’re walking in, let your host know what you're celebrating!

Do you allow children in the restaurant?

Yes! Kids are allowed on our premises any day, any time that we’re open - both inside the restaurant, and outside on our Royal Mile beer terrace. We offer loads of great kids' food and we have  packs with crayons, stickers, and games.

Do you allow dogs in the restaurant?

We allow dogs in the front bar area, and outside on our Royal Mile beer terrace. Service dogs are welcome in the restaurant, too.  

Can we simply walk in, or do we need to make a reservation?

We take walk-ins all day, every day! It doesn’t matter how small or large your party size is - we willn always try our best to squeeze you in somewhere, at some point.
If you'd prefer to book in advance - we'll have your table ready and waiting for you.

Do you offer any specials?

Yes! Burger of the week, shake of the week, and cocktail of the week are our regular specials - and, boy, do we have fun coming up with them!  

Do you sell merchandise?

Yes! We sell merchandise in-house, and can even post it worldwide. We also sell physical and digital gift cards - sothere's many ways to spread the Burgers & Beers Grillhouse love!

How do we order food/drinks when we visit?

Our team are fantastic, friendly and always happy to help - but if you'd rather order using our rewards app to earn those all-important points and credits - go ahead!

How do you give back to the local community?

We take part in charity events year-round. Over the last few years, we are so proud to have raised over £30,000 for Simon Community Scotland with help from our sister venues.
