The award winning BUFFALO FARM supply us with the finest of fillet steaks and 100% Aberdeen Angus beef mince for our burgers, ground to our specification. Lean and flavoursome!

45-60 hours every single week are spent handcrafting our 8oz burgers on site. This is why all of our chefs have muscles!

Our all beef hotdogs are made to our very own specification. These robust bangers are nothing to be sniffed at. With our Head Chef’s moreish blend of handpicked herbs and spices, they really do pack both bark and bite.

Our local, traditional Scottish butchers are Campbell’s, suppliers of our Virginia sweet cured streaky bacon, succulent corn-fed chicken and Haggis(the good stuff!). (I know that you thought we hunted down the haggis fresh from the top of Arthurs Seat, but we go through so much of the stuff here that we had to pass our bow and arrow over to Campbell’s!
